I USE MY HELIX FOR COMMUTING TO WORK. I NEVER THOUGHT THAT I WOULD EVER BE ON A BIKE OF SOME KIND, BUT I TRIED IT AND I LOVE IT. I JUST GET ON AND GO. IT IS COMFORTABLE AND EASY TO RIDE.
